We have a position for an experienced removals professional to lead our Melbourne operations team. The position reports to our National Operations Manager and the responsibilities are the efficient daily scheduling and management of crews, vehicles, containers, OH&S, compliance and warehouse operations.
About the Position
Reporting to the National Operations Manager the role is an office based front line operations management position, suitable for a person with previous practical international or domestic removals industry experience.
Key aspects of the role include; efficient daily scheduling and management of crews and vehicles and warehouse operations, freight planning, effective communication and quality feedback to our coordinators, sales consultants and managers, ensuring effective communication between our interstate branches, oversight, auditing and compliance with our OH&S policies & procedures
Required Skills and Experience
This position suits a well organised, determined and success driven individual, with the ability to work independently or within a team as required.
The successful candidate must be skilled in relationship building, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in commonly used software.
