A great opportunity has arisen for an outstanding service-oriented individual to join a leading transport company within our inbound customer service call centre. This pivotal role is central to providing exceptional customer service over 24 hours to a diverse client base. Working full-time hours on either a rotating, or permanent after-hours roster, flexibility is essential.

 Key components of the role will include:

·         High quality, phone-based customer service

·         Computer literacy

·         Accurate data entry

·         Fleet Control

. To be successful you will possess the following:

·         Recent proven background in a call centre or dispatch service

·         A genuine desire to assist customers

·         Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form

·         Sound skills in problem solving

·         Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

·         Ability to organise work priorities to meet strict deadlines

·         Proven ability to add value as a part of a diverse and dedicated team

·         A Solid knowledge of the Metro area
