The Supply Chain Team is a high performing, fun and driven business unit who thrive in a fast-paced environment. There is never a dull moment in this team and you will play a pivotal support role with the opportunity to work with key stakeholders from across the business.
 
The Role
 
Help Fuji Xerox Supply Chain by analysing, planning and identifying optimum inventory across all stock locations in Australia.   The Planning Analyst is responsible for ensuring we hold the right stock in over 700 sites, so there is a huge opportunity to make a different by providing the best service level at the lowest cost.  This role has a high level of responsibility managing over 10,000 active consumables and spare part items.  
 
Some of your key responsibilities will be:

• Forecasting inventory plans to ensure we hold the right stock in the right locations
• Analysing and identifying trends, patterns and variances
• Developing analytics for Supply Chain activity
• Preparing monthly reporting and forecasting for senior management
• Developing and maintaining the Supply Chain database, spreadsheets, web services and other business applications to meet user requirements
• Identifying and implementing improvements in processes and systems
• Managing safety stock levels and ensuring they are up to date with current and future demand and meet the service level target
• Managing and reducing aged inventory to meet desired targets
• Building and establishing relationships with various stakeholders

 
The Person
 
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in inventory management, supply chain, planning or business analyst role, excellent data manipulation and reporting writing skills, advanced Microsoft Office, Excel, Access/SQL and ERP management skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all level of stakeholders.  You will have strong analytical skills, the ability to identify and qualify business opportunities, interpret data and convert into meaningful information.  You will be detailed focused, able to adapt to change and eager to learn.
