Located at our Karadoc Winery Site, an opportunity exists to work with amazing people in a supportive and positive environment. We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Compliance Coordinator to join our team and take responsibility for the performance of the Zilzie Wine’s Total Management System (TMS).
This is a broad and interesting role including;
- Planning and coordination of the work and documentation across departments required to achieve Zilzie’s periodic certification for FSSC, EMS, WHS and Quality;
- Coordinating and driving the team to meet or exceed Zilzie’s domestic and international customer certification requirements;
- Periodic review and update of all TMS policies and procedures including driving TMS functions across committees and disseminating relevant reports and information organisation wide and ensuring site wide operations adhere to such policies and procedures via internal audit process;
- Reporting on TMS performance and status of all TMS activities periodically to the review committee;
- Efficient and effective day to day management and coordination of NCR’s, OFI’s, Customer Feedback and workplace safety;
- Inspiring, empowering, motivating, and educating all departments and relevant team members to contribute to Zilzie’s TMS Systems in line with individual responsibilities.
