The Role
The role will entail looking after a portfolio of accounts and providing them with up to date information in regard to their shipments. You will be the point of contact for all their services which would include: airfreight, oceanfreight, customs and distribution services. In addition, you will attend client face to face meetings as required.

Responsibilities
 

• Providing exceptional customer service backed by sound knowledge and experience
• Liaising with overseas agents and following up orders to ensure client satisfaction
• Creating and maintaining client records and required reports on an as needs basis
• Attending client meetings as required
• Assisting with pricing and invoicing queries

Requirements
You will have previous experience in a Customer Service role in a Freight Forwarder OR solid operational experience in either ocean or air freight operations.
You will be a team player, have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to learn new procedures quickly and have excellent administrative skills.
Most importantly you must genuinely enjoy dealing with clients!


Salary: $60,000 + Super (flexible pending previous experience)
