The Company
Neverfail Bottled Water Co is an Australian incorporated spring water cooler company which prides itself on providing quality products and great customer service, every time! Our independently owned Neverfail Owner Drivers (130+) deliver directly to offices and homes across Australia. Neverfail has over 70,000 outlets and is part of the larger Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA) family since 2003. The core business of Neverfail is providing water coolers for rent to both residential and commercial customers and delivering 15 and 11 litre bottles of Neverfail Springwater on a regular basis. You will be based from our state of the art Distribution Centre in Eastern Creek, NSW.
The Opportunity
Neverfail is currently seeking applications for a rare Owner Driver opportunity to service commercial and residential customers within Sydney, NSW. As an independent customer service representative contracted with Neverfail, you will complete a daily sequenced call schedule to efficiently deliver Neverfail and other CCA products with a high level of customer service.
As a motivated and hardworking independent contractor you will be required to use your organisation and time management skills to service more than 40 customers per day. Working with Neverfail’s National Service Centre and the State Sales Team, you will be equipped with hand held technology to efficiently deliver products and obtain payment from customers in this physical, hands-on role.
You will be able to use your relationships and influencing skills to increase sales by upselling Neverfail water bottles and capitalising on opportunities to introduce more of the great products from CCA’s brand portfolio to customers. A strong level of communication, ability to build strong relationships with customers and flexibility is what will really set your business apart!
The Requirements
•Owner Driver operated business structured (or able to be structured) as a proprietary limited company
•Valid Australian MR Driver’s License or ability to obtain
•Registered (or able to be registered) for GST
•Financial capability to lease or purchase a delivery vehicle meeting Neverfail specifications
•Positive attitude and high level of presentation with the ability to be self-managed
•Ability to provide weekend services in line with market demands
•Ability to perform regular lifting and manual handling tasks
•Willingness to complete a full background check
