Position Responsibilities:

• Understand the nature of various marketing programs (including Privilege Club) in place together with qualifications and required documentary evidence to support VIN eligibility for the program.
• Provide updates to the Audit Supervisor during the audit, focusing on unusual activity, failure rates by program type.
• Conduct audit field closing meeting with Dealer Principal and dealership management at the conclusion of the audit.
• Provide dealership with recommendations for process improvements to enhance the control environment.
• Prepare audit closing documents, work papers, audit journal to support audit findings.
• Lead discussion during the Audit Closing Conference with Audit Supervisor, Regional Manager, and Dealer Principal with the audit report
• Send Chargeback list to operations team for processing chargebacks after the end of appeal period.
• Identification of issues based on risk exposure and report to the management

Candidate Background

• Professional Qualification with auditing background (CIA or Equivalent) - Preferred
• 4-5 years’ experience (Internal control / Auditing / Accounting / Finance)
• Willing to travel domestic (around 30-34 weeks travel)
