Job Summary
San Remo is a market leader in pasta and food manufacturing providing high quality products across our range of iconic brands to the major supermarket retailers, both domestically and internationally.
Due to ongoing expansion, our Production Planning Team is seeking a tertiary qualified person who is self-driven, preferably with experience in an FMCG environment to join its team in this newly created position. Reporting to our ERP Coordinator, this exciting role is being offered to ensure the future demands of the business can be achieved. Gaining exposure to a wide range of roles in the Production Planning Team, including coordinating and scheduling the production of finished goods across a range of brands / categories, you will require high level analytical and problem solving skills complemented by competency in JD Edwards or similar tier one ERP systems, in addition to Excel, Access and SQL; to be successful in this position.
Ideally you will have practical experience or exposure to:
- Production planning and material planning principles;
- Manufacturing processes for high volume FMCG;
- Raw material procurement;
- Project management principals;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
