Compac Sales are an Australian business based in South Melbourne selling Integrated Refuelling Solutions. With over 30 years experience, we have built a great reputation for providing exceptional sales and service.

We are currently looking for a Spare Parts Assistant / Warehouse Storeperson to join our team in a full time position working 38 hours per week (flexible hours).

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manufacturing/ordering new access cards and keys to customer's orders
• Basic programming of modems, mini-PCs, software chips, and testing of SIM cards
• Assisting with picking and packing of spare parts orders
• Unpacking and booking in of returned parts
• Unpacking and booking in of new stock from suppliers
• Responding to customers queries for spare parts pricing and availability
• Customer specific data reporting as required
• Managing production files online from Head Office
• General Administration tasks as required

While previous experience is preferred, it is not essential - what's important is a 'can-do' attitude, energy and willingness to learn!

Other key skills and attributes include:

• A good phone manner and be able to communicate fluently in English
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
• Previous use of CRM programs is preferred but not essential
• An interest in or coming from an electronics background is preferred but not essential
