About The Role
We are looking for a person who can Identify and improve manufacturing efficiency and capacity by implementing sound manufacturing process improvement practices. This includes participating in team-oriented design and development, working to technical specifications and managing tasks within an established time frame.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Utilisation of available production and process data to develop and implement solutions to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of production and material resources.
- Manage all the necessary standards relating to production. ie line speeds, standard settings, line capacities ensuring they are available, documented, trained and validated.
- Implement change management systems for key performance criteria to ensure process performance is validated, repeatable and communicated.
- Establish and lead continuous improvement teams on projects, including the reporting to management through gating meetings using structured process improvement methodologies.
- Work with stakeholders to influence capital expenditure projects which will address business priorities.

- Demonstrate experience of manufacturing principles & continuous improvement and outcomes.
- Demonstrate excellent Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving skills.
- Articulate how your experience as a manufacturing technician or continuous improvement role or equivalent experience/education will benefit Geofabrics.
- Positively interact and work collaboratively with a diverse group of people at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrate superior data analysis skills and sound knowledge of statistical process control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate ability to deliver results.
