Business Development Consultant - Transport

Based in South Perth Driver Hire are looking to expand their team with a Business Development Consultant. You will be joining a team of easy going and supportive Recruitment & Compliance Coordinators who will cover all your office needs, allowing you to solely focus on the activity side of the role and continue to grow your opportunities and earning potential

• Develop and maintain business by maximising returns from new or existing clients

• Initiate and maintain ongoing contact with prospects via tele-sales calls, introductory letters and mailers as appropriate

• Deliver against personal targets / company minimum standards

• Keep informed of sector trends and development including competitor activity

• Develop and work to personal proposed pipeline of new business

• Conduct documented client visits and deliver professional sales presentations using DH marketing tools to gain client commitment to DH

• Maintain and develop relationships with clients to ensure acceptable standards of service are achieved

• Recruitment experience preferred however not essential

• Outgoing personality

• Telesales experience.

• Presentable in nature.

• Good communication skills

• Able to display communication into multiple tiered relationships

• Window office savvy - Outlook / Excel

• Display strong levels of commitment and tenacity.

• History of working towards targets.
