Permanent Category Manager job available immediately based in North Sydney.
Your new company
A permanent opportunity has become available with an organisation that provides services within a broad range of industries including resources, logistics, facilities management and construction.
Your new role
In your new position you will be managing the plant and equipment category. You will develop and implement category strategies and deliver against the strategy and benefits targets. You will also manage and conduct the full range of sourcing processes from identification of requirements through to contract negotiation, execution and post contract award management and utilise Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain systems and processes effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need a strong category management background within the plant and equipment category. You will need to have end to end procurement experience along with proven successes within previous category management positions. You will also need to have excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
