To be successful for this role, your CV will need to reflect on following skill-set in a neat fashion:
  

• Extensive experience in managing projects within an asset intensive supply chain environment as a senior PM;
• Extensive experience in change management and system enhancement using a Lean Six Sigma framework;
• Recent experience working on the process mapping and configuration aspects of one of the mainstream EAM technologies preferably Maximo or alternatively Mincom Ellipse or SAP;
• Demonstrated experience in process and data mapping in particular across Supply Chain, inventory & EAM functions;
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management within a multi-vendor and complex environment;
• Demonstrated experience in establishment of project governance, project risk and impact analysis;
• Experience within Automotive, Logistics, Heavy engineering, Mining Background is highly desirable;

  
Please Note: this is NOT a typical IT centric PM role but rather heavily focused on supply chain and inventory process management and configuration within an asset intensive environment. Therefore while some EAM system exposure is great, candidates with strong IT and System background are NOT suitable.
  
In this program, you will be working with senior stakeholders as well as individual business units to configure a best practice supply chain model across enterprise asset management.
  
You will also assist to map and identify all supply chain related processes within the existing EAM system. You will work across process and data mapping and reengineering inventory and some of the other modules of EAM in order to help optimise the business performance.
