The opportunity?

As part of Toll Group’s new growth strategy, you will be working in a specialist area supporting senior stakeholders by coordinating, liaising and facilitating key projects across the country. This role will see you working on major transport and warehousing implementations assisting with project analysis, WMS implementations, procurement, developing standard operating procedures, training, testing and supporting projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to grow and develop your career with a focus on logistics project management. You will have the opportunity to embed critical processes and technology and travel the country visiting depots.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Project co-ordination across financials, timelines, deliverables and reporting
  • Evaluating documentation to deliver uniformity and compliance
  • Assisting the project manager in a variety of implementation projects
  • Managing stakeholder expectations
  • Engage with the leadership team to ensure responsibilities and expectations are understood and enacted by all

The ideal candidate?

With passion and experience across inventory, warehousing, WMS or transport you will have a strong understanding and working knowledge of an operations environment. An excellent problem solver, you will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, be a strong communicator and have the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the business.
