Function: Supply Management / Logistics
Title: Supply Chain Administrator (6 Month Part-Time Contract) - 44669

Duration: 6 month part-time fixed term contract

What is the role?

As the Supply Chain Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Supply Chain department, including ensuring the accurate and timely recording and approval of local supplier invoices, data retrieval and basic financial analysis, report preparation, collation and information presentation.  Specifically you will:

  • Review, validate and code Supply Chain supplier invoices.
  • Prepare Accounting Month End accruals for Supply Chain expenses incurred and not invoiced.
  • Prepare and complete the Global Supply Chain Scorecard.
  • Participate in special projects or additional duties as required.

Hours of work are 4.5 hours per day from Monday - Friday

 

What will you bring?

As the Supply Chain Administrator, you will have:

  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge or Experience in the Supply Chain process including Transport, Logistics and Order Fulfilment
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • SAP knowledge and experience, including:
    • SD Module
    • MM Module
    • TM Module (advantageous)

Candidates with a Degree in an Accounting or Finance discipline will be highly regarded.
