ARB is the leading manufacturer of 4X4 accessories in Australia with significant contracts to supply a range of genuine accessory products to a number of key automotive brands in Australia and abroad.
With a commitment to customer service excellence, we require a suitably experienced Product Planner/Scheduler to join the OEM Sales Team at our Head Office in Kilsyth.
As part of a team of automotive supplier professionals, and reporting to the Manager – OE Business, the successful applicant will support the OE Department with the coordination of current OEM genuine accessory customer accounts. Other duties include order processing, product scheduling and introducing new products following hand-over from the engineering teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with OEM’s who supply to the Australian and Global market, an understanding of the demands and challenges of this sector including a thorough knowledge of the product development process.
Other essential attributes include; a professional approach to work, above average communication and organisational skills and the ability to work unsupervised within tight deadlines. You will also be a proactive and performance driven individual who enjoys systematic problem solving and identifying opportunities via continuous improvement activities to meet customer demands.
You should have a history of relationship management, and confidence in dealing with customers at all levels. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite of programs will be invaluable to this role. Prior experience utilising an ERP system from an automotive tier 1 supplier will be highly regarded.
