You
We are looking for someone who is "sharp" and has good computer skills.
We expect you to tick some of these boxes:
- Excellent with Excel
- Available to start right away as a temporary employee.
- Knowledge about logistics or experience from a manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Office and administrative experience
The role
Due to unforeseen circumstances, this position needs an urgent fill.
Some of the duties include:
- Assist with internal sales and logistics
- Entry of all sales into MYOB and generation of work orders.
- Arrange and prepare documents for outgoing loads in Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide and Tasmania.
- Updating of incoming shipping schedules, with container numbers, contents and arrival dates.
- Reconciliation of incoming shipments
- Purchasing of parts and components as required from outside suppliers
- General administrative duties as required, including banking of cheques, sending of parcels and documents by courier etc.

Our client manufactures in WA and Malaysia and is a supplier of equipment used in the mining industry.
