As part of a leading Automotive Group, our client manages the storage and distribution of Spare Parts for a number of vehicle manufacturers including Ford, Holden, Subaru, Nissan and Jeep servicing the Sydney metro and NSW regional areas from its 15,000 sqm facility located in Parramatta. 

Due to the restructure of their operations an ongoing casual position for Warehouse Team Leader has become available within this facility. Providing support to the Warehouse Manager, this position will see the successful applicant responsible for the following duties:

• Task delegation, training and supervision of floor staff
• Assisting with the coordination of he shift operations of a fast moving warehouse
• Ensuring product is being picked and loaded efficiently and on time
• Daily activity reporting and KPI reporting
• Ensuring OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to
• Performance managing the team
• Data Entry - Warehouse Systems
• Other Ad Hoc duties as required
• Forklift operation

 To be considered for this position you will possess:

• Minimum 2 years previous experience within similar position
• Ability to commence ASAP
• Computer savvy with prior ERP systems experience 
• Intermediate - good knowledge of MS Excel
• Hold a current LF Forklift Licence 
  
• Physically fit as lifting will be involved
• Have Good Communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Have your OWN reliable transport
• Have relevant PPE

Remuneration is by way of a competitive hourly rate of pay, flexibility with start time, a friendly team based environment and convenient Parramatta location.
