Bluefin is seeking a Senior Analyst to join one Australia's leading banks to work with a diverse range of stakeholders in order to drive forward their product and marketing campaign analytics. Working closely with marketing and product you will be responsible for focussing on data analysis to inform the most appropriate customers to target or retain.

You will be accountable for;

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise customer insights into marketing campaigns
• Conduct pre-campaign analysis for outbound and inbound contact campaigns
• Make recommendations on marketing volumes and marketing strategy through data insights and past campaign results.
• Design and development of marketing campaigns using SQL and SAS.

To be considered for this role you will need the following skills and experience:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in customer/marketing analytics, banking experience or consultancy experience will be highly advantageous for this role
• Technically skilled in SQL, SAS, R and Python
• A curious and creative mind with the ability to push back
• Exceptional written and communication skills and the ability to present insights simply and directly
