Our focus areas are Education (Non-Government Schools), Commercial (Financial Services and ASX listed entities) and the broader Not For Profit sector.  Key areas of practice include Policy Management, ERM, Compliance, Complaints Handling, Privacy, HR, WHS, Student Safety, ASX Governance and AFSL Governance.

We are currently experiencing rapid growth (particularly in the Education sector) and require the services of a Senior Consultant - Governance, Risk and Compliance in Sydney. 

In this dynamic role, you will be in a unique position where you can make a difference, helping schools protect students and staff and nurture a child safe culture.

Your primary function will be to act as the lead consultant on client projects to:

• Project manage new client implementations;
• Provide content and consulting expertise with respect to our key practice areas;
• Facilitate the development of risk and control frameworks both at board and executive levels as well as at functional levels;
• Coach, manage and develop our professional consultants and operations staff;
• Conduct board and executive briefings.

To be considered for the role you will need the following expertise:

• A tertiary qualification preferably in business, education or law;
• At least 5-10 years' experience in education management, business coaching, management consulting or GRC services;
• Experience in the education sector will be well regarded;
• You will have successfully conducted consulting assignments across a range of industry sectors.
• Comfortable using a variety of technology solutions,
• Excellent working knowledge of key governance standards (in particular, risk, compliance and complaints handling);
• Good working knowledge of human resources management & WHS principles;
• Proven experience in dealing with CEO's, executive managers and directors;
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
