Reflecting Strategen’s reputation across our consulting services, we are looking to fill several positions across a range of environmental disciplines to be based in both our Subiaco and Bunbury Offices. These positions will suit professional consultants who are confident and dynamic and are looking to advance their careers.
We would like to hear from you if you have a degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent and have between 2 to 5 years’ experience in a variety of environmental disciplines such as:
- Flora and vegetation assessments and monitoring
- Bushfire planning
- Contaminated sites, environmental impact assessments, environmental auditing, hydrology
What will you be doing?
- Conducting field surveys, environmental investigation assessments, reviews and research across a range of disciplines
- Preparing advice and reports on related environmental matters
- Managing projects, budgets and timelines
- Assisting in development of business and marketing planning
- Identifying and pursuing new work and clients
- Managing client relationships
Candidates must have:
- Strong writing skills, particularly report writing
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel and work away and to undertake physically demanding tasks in the field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation
- An interest in building networks
- Very high standard of work quality
- Ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams
