MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
(Brisbane with regional travel expected)

As a result, we are looking for a highly motivated, strong leader, for a newly created position, that will enable you to influence and make your mark .
The successful candidate will:
* Provide strategic & creative thinking, translating market research into recommendation for plans that aim to increase market and revenue targets.
* Identify and maintain robust relationships with all key account personnel and relevant functions in order to support sales, market development & business improvements.
* Provide leadership to promote a company culture that focuses on health and wellbeing with emphasises on quality, transparency, integrity, respect, innovation and performance.
* Work closely with various business units to accomplish subsidiary objectives by aiding the development of plans, budgets, and results measurements; recommending resource allocation; reviewing progress; advise on potential mid-course corrections.
* Identify, maintain and establish robust relationships with customers, distributors and key decision makers.
* Have a deep understanding of budgets and control departmental expenses.
To be successful in this position you will have:
* Tertiary qualification in analysis and evaluation (desirable not necessary)
* A minimum of 5 years' experience at direct sales management level.
* Highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong autonomous working skills, and ability to work in across several disciplines and areas.
* Good influencing and negotiating skills.
* Strong business acumen with demonstrable experience.
* Excellent understanding of communications and digital marketing.
