We require a Change and Business Process Manager to assist our client in this Mass Fulfillment Supple Chain Initiative. The successful Candidate will support 11 projects that are part of this major program by providing change and transition management.

This initiative has the following objectives

  • Coordinate cross program change management including leadership change management
  • Plan and mange workforce transition to minimize impact to BAU operations.
  • Align cross program training requirements to minimize impacts to channels
  • Manage alignment of processes across the e2e program

Role Responsibility

Supporting Business Program team through the e2e process reviews and alignment. Key responsibilities

  • Undertake E2E process design reviews across all key value chains within scope for the program
  • Undertake design review workshops to review of process designs delivered by partners to ensure alignment to program/process objectives, adherence to quality standards and methods.
  • Maintain alignment across the value chains to ensure cohesion of design
  • Update and maintain the inventory of processes (not detail/build) e2e value chains for the program based on APQC.

We are seeking a Business Analyst with supply chain experience working in large programs and across both internal and external resources and supporting multiple work streams

Role Description

Supporting assigned Projects through Business Analysis responsibilities, including eliciting business requirements, facilitation of workshops, creation and maintenance of requirements documentation and artefacts and support to Projects as required

  • Responsible for capturing, documenting, communicating specialist business requirements across both the Supplier and Dealer Retail domain for EDI connectivity.
  • Ensuring that a process is developed (electronic and/or manual) for both Supplier and Dealers to trade with our client within the project timelines.

Building relationship with our client’s business domains and corresponding IT support teams to assist in the delivery of both the Strategic Supply Network and Breaking dependencies solution.

Desirable Experience

  • Supplier / Dealer Engagement- Ability to engage with and discuss requirements with both Suppliers and Dealers.
  • Stakeholder Management- Ability to engage with and discuss requirements with senior sponsors
  • Competent EDI Domain - Competent document the E2E processes required for EDI transaction in the Retail environment, specifically PO, POA, ASN, POD

Job No 20180704 Business Analyst – Integration to a New Strategic Supply Network

We require a Business Analyst (BA) who is a self-starters with a track record of being able to map, review and analyse business processes. Being able to engage with diverse stakeholders is key.

Background

Our clients program requires new systems / integration between our client and its 3PL provider to enable it to stand-up a new Strategic Supply Network (SSN)

This initiative has the following objectives:

  • Define the Electronic Data Inter-change (EDI) messages (in/out) between our client’s business systems and our 3PL provider.

The Initiative will install capability, integrate our client’s new Oracle Retail Suite / LOMS to our chosen Third Party Logistics provider (3PL) for Sales Order Fulfilment.

Skill set
