Operational Reporting Analyst – 11255

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced permanent full time Operational Reporting Analyst to join the Delivery, Support and Performance Group, based in Gladstone/Calliope.
The purpose of this position is to lead the achievement of business objectives by providing high-quality analytical support, reporting, planning and the facilitation of process improvement.
About you
1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extrapolate trends, draw actionable conclusions and translate into operational recommendations.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written English) skills to liaise effectively with management and customers and writing reports and dashboards for business unit reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
3. Strong technical skills and experience manipulating and modelling large customer behavioral or transaction data set from a variety of source systems.
4. Experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) and manipulating large datasets
5. Experience presenting results from analysis in a format suitable for a range of stakeholders.
