Cubic Consulting have an established presence in Sydney and Melbourne and we are extending that presence into Canberra. FTS Group have a strong existing company footprint in Canberra through group companies Veritec, Kobold, Connexxion and SME Gateway. Cubic will be leveraging this existing base to expand into Canberra.

The role

We are looking for two Principal Consultants, who have a strong change management background, to represent Cubic Consulting and grow our change management practice in Canberra. One role will be SAP project focused, and one more Microsoft project focused.

As a Principal Consultant you will lead the change management effort onsite for our clients, helping us develop long term relationships with key clients and partners by providing excellent service. In addition, you will also be involved in pre-sales activities and IP development.

  • Strategy Services - billable work for clients with a focus on leading change management teams and strategy for large scale SAP or Microsoft Dynamics projects.
  • Project Governance - oversight for projects - status updates, work plans, issue resolution
  • Relationship Management - working closely with clients to manage issues, provide feedback and help develop new opportunities
  • Pre-Sales - attending sales meetings, developing proposals and estimates, presenting to clients
  • Coaching and Mentoring - supporting consultants on projects, running reviews, setting KPIs
  • Reporting - project status, resource utilisation and time lines

What you’ll bring

  • Ability to sell and demonstrate the value of change management with the desire to help grow our Canberra practice
  • Demonstrated capability in project scoping and pre-sales activities
  • Demonstrated background in change management with previous experience running the change management stream for a complex SAP or Microsoft Dynamics project
  • Strong background in large-scale ERP transformation projects (SAP or Microsoft is a must have)
  • Relevant qualifications such as Prosci and Agile highly regarded
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking / UX / Customer journey would be an advantage
  • Clearance or an Australian citizen who is willing to gain clearance
