We are currently seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our team working on the North West Program Alliance based in North Melbourne.  You will be responsible for developing the format and function of various Project reports in consultation with relevant stakeholders and establishing systems and processes to ensure they are prepared to standard within the designated time frames.

 

 Responsibilities of the role include;

  • Manage the Interpretation of data and the analysis of results using statistical techniques.
  • Assist the Project in interpreting the data and co-ordinate initiatives to improve performance.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.
  • Collate, review and edit of all Alliance reporting requirements, including report to Alliance partners, Client and other significant internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyse the project activities and present findings to senior operation and functional leads to convey accurate and timely information
  • Partner with Stakeholder and Communications Team to develop and produce collateral to inform Project staff of progress against milestones and other measures
  • Develop a format and process to create a record of the project history and then implement.
  • Acquire system knowledge of relevant Project Systems.

 

To be successful in this key role, you must have;

  • A Bachelor Degree in a relevant disciple (Engineering, Science, Building, Construction, Management or Project Management or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience in data interpretation, analysis reporting, Report writing and creation
  • Understand whole-of-business issues as they apply to systems at all levels
  • General knowledge of other management systems and procedures, e.g. Environmental Management Systems and AZ/NZS 14001:2004 and/or OH&S Management Systems and AZ/NZS 4801:2001.
  • Knowledge of risk management procedures and processes.
  • Knowledge of compliance and reporting procedures and processes including document management.
