Global Innovation Advisor

  We are excited to partner with a global, independent and hugely successful provider of Technology Recruitment and Consulting Services, and are looking for a Technology & Innovation Advisor to lead the global strategy and roll out of a game-changing digital product.

After successfully rolling out this product across Australia, you will work closely with the Founder, CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, and a talented team of Digital Product professionals to lead the next phase of product development for the APAC, US and European markets (with 17 offices globally across Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific, Europe and the USA - and growing).

You will scope the next phase of the project from a global perspective, and will provide insight on the following:

• Validation of assumptions, concepts and thinking both from a business and technological perspective for the ANZ, US and European markets.
• Articulation/specification of product roadmap/direction including strategic timeline and funding required.
• Management of capital raising/investors where required.
• Ensuring monetisation models are achievable. Including timescale to achieve.
• Considering and presenting other possible ideas for development of the product
• Establishment of the appropriate corporate/team structure to achieve goals and objectives.

You:

• A proven track record in heading up and successfully delivering innovative technology from an early stage startup scenario.
• A commercial/entrepreneurial mindset with a clear history of successful business outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of digital technologies including understanding trends and future thinking.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce environment and an understanding of AI technologies
• Experience in capital raising and managing investors' expectations.
• A natural interest or background in HR Tech innovation and a true desire to make a difference.
• Understanding of APIs and integration methods with other technologies/platforms
• A natural leader, a team player, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work at pace.
• The ability to travel both locally and overseas.
