The company
My client is a leading financial services company that develops world -leading market data and surveillance software. They are looking for a talented, driven Python software engineer to join their team of 11 developers working on cutting edge projects.


To be successful for the role you will have experience with the below: 

Degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 3+ years Python / Java or C++ development
• Front end/ full stack experience would be highly desired
• Proficiency with Linux
• SQL and database design
• Big Data- Complex Data 
• Experience working in a small team
• Experience or strong interest in finance or the capital markets domain
• Experience solving scalability issues and/or distributed computing
• Expertise in data structures, algorithms and complexity analysis
• Willingness to adopt new approaches and/or learn new technologies
