Our client based in the CBD have recently undergone a review of their “People and Culture” branch
and are currently undergoing a number of changes as they transition into a new structure and way of operating.
During this transition process they require a number of resources to assist with current work demand and delivery. As part of the requirements, they are seeking two self-starting Change Managers to assist in facilitating the transition
- 1 x Change Manager – To support the delivery of structural change initiatives for the next 6 months.
- 1 x Change Manager - To support the “People and Culture” branch over the next 6 months to deliver on transition milestone while current / future resources focus on servicing client needs. This will involve supporting on-boarding activities for new resources and establishing governance and tools.
Experience sought
- Experience partnering with senior Business stakeholders to deliver workforce change initiatives.
- Ability to establish credibility quickly and engage and inspire key stakeholders, as well as strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise change readiness activities according to operational impact and urgency.
- Proactive and forward looking behaviours to enable effective schedule/resource/risk/issue management.
