WooliesX Hub is based is based 2 minutes walk from Central station and walking distance from all the cafes and restaurants that Surry Hills has to offer. The brand new site has been designed to support flexible working with different spaces for different activities such as collaboration, brainstorming or just chilling out.

What we are looking for?

To support WooliesX in accelerating our agile transformation, we are looking for Agile Coaches who are prepared to take the lead and coach our scrum teams as they adopt and improve agile ways of working, practices and mindset.

As an Agile Coach, you will be a trusted advisor to leaders, Tribal Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and squads in how to embed and scale agile setup, making use of a scrum tribal framework. You are also driven to empower teams to collaborate and make effective decisions, promoting continuous improvement and an agile mindset. In addition, you will also be responsible for:

  • End-to-end coaching to embed and support agile ways of working, practices and mindset across squads and tribes within WooliesX. This includes application of Tribal Scrum methodology, providing feedback and means of improvement, supporting organisational maturity
  • Supporting the execution of our transformation roadmap, including culture hacks
  • Advocating an agile mindset and culture within WooliesX
  • Assisting with building and developing agile skills and capabilities, including support for education sessions

It would also be nice if you had:

  • Agile Coaching experience in business and digital environments
  • Scrum Master & Product Owner experience
  • Familiarity and exposure to multiple Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Tribal, Kanban, SAFe), with an ability to be agnostic of methodology when assessing the most valuable way forward for clients
  • Scrum Master, Product Owner and/or Agile Coach certification and experience highly desirable

You don’t have to have worked in retail or with a big corporate, but you might have. Or you may have invested your talent in startups, digital SMEs or management consultancies. What you do need is to know how you could contribute to our teams. Be interested and interesting!
