Kmart currently has a requirement for a Change Manager to join Kmart on a Fixed Term, part-time (4 days per week) basis for 9 months. Reporting to the IT Supply Chain, Finance and HR Delivery Manager and as an integral member of the Merchandise Business Improvement Team, this role will see you responsible for developing the strategy and roadmap for Change.

To be successful in this role you will be responsible for the following:

  • Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities;
  • Develop a change management plan
  • Plan, design and develop a communication strategy and embed it;
  • Assess the change impact across the business units and the business as a whole;
  • Stakeholder management.

 You will need to have previous experience leading sustainable change, strong stakeholder management  and demonstrable experience in managing a portfolio of work from a change perspective.
