The Lendlease Technology team provides specialist technology advisory, design, delivery and integration services within the property and infrastructure environments. We have an extraordinary opportunity for a talented and experienced Management & Technology Consultant to take the lead on consultancy and research engagements to enhance our customer value proposition. Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with key internal and external clients, leading Lendlease Technology proposal development, providing thought leadership and strategic advice to our senior leaders and business clients, and accountability for the development of Technology Master Plans and Briefs spanning various property sectors and solutions. Through a collaborative approach, you will research, report and present new smart city, precinct building and workplace trends and enabling digital technologies. In addition, you will be responsible for end to end project management and contribute to the development of new business models, products and services enhancing the customer experience and driving greater business outcomes for the Group.
Ideally, you will have 8+ years’ experience as a Management Consultant with experience gained in a Big 4/Mid-Tier environment, a deep understanding of consulting methodologies and practices along with strong experience in business development and proposal writing. Your passion for technology and interest in staying on top of trends in a fast-moving technical and commercial environment will be essential. A deep understanding of various digital technologies both their technical aspects as well as their social, operational, and economic impact will set you up for success. An ability to simplify the complex and deliver succinct messaging and stories will also be a focus. Naturally, you will have outstanding communication, analytical and problem-solving skills along with strong project management skills and the ability to operate with a high level of initiative and drive.
