Previous business management, people coaching or development experience is essential.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who has run their own successful business in the past or has been a high-achiever in senior management roles as a GM, COO, CEO or MD of a medium or larger sized business. 

For this reason, a sales / marketing background alone will not suffice.  The successful incumbent will need to demonstrate well rounded business exposure including financial management.

Experience with leadership, systems, processes and general business management is essential for the role, as is financial literacy.

The opportunity -> Business Coach

Initially, your focus and primary responsibility will be to consult with our clients on a weekly basis to ensure they fully understand and implement what they learn as part of their 3 month structured coaching program. You will need to hold them accountable to the implementation of their learnings but also assist in providing solid advice and solutions backed up by your practical business management experience according to their individual needs and requirements. 

You will be working alongside other 3 other coaches, however you will have your own dedicated clients to coach through the business improvement process. This means you can focus on what you do best; coach, without having to worry about sourcing and selling to clients.

As you mature in your role, there will be opportunities to work with clients in a higher end, longer-term coaching arrangement, where you will help identify strategic solutions, implement them and hold clients accountable. You will also challenge and inspire our clients to expand the boundaries of their vision, goals and achievements both in their businesses and lives. 

You don't have to be located in Melbourne to apply; you will have a home office, a phone, an internet connection, be self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
