Due to an increasing level of enquiries, TMS Consulting is seeking expressions of interest from Organisational Change Managers to work on several high profile projects involving transition and organisational change activities. The incumbents will be engaged on a contract basis. Our Change Managers must be able to successfully achieve outcomes that will engender sustainable changes to operational work practices and behaviours across all stakeholder groups and enable the realisation of the planned project benefits. You will be required to develop and deliver a range of highly effective and leading edge organisational change activities based on sound methodologies.
 
Typical responsibilities will encompass:

  • Lead all organisational change activities for the project/program
  • Develop an organisational change strategy which ensures effective engagement for a wide-ranging stakeholder group and to create a plan that fulfils their needs
  • Assist in the creation, and subsequent leadership, of business change teams within stakeholder groups that will be responsible for the effective delivery of business change activities
  • Ensure that the products and services created are designed and delivered in a way that produces effective and sustainable business, organisational and behavioural change for the stakeholder groups
  • Assist in the creation of practical tools and models for the ongoing management of operational business change
  • Enable and oversee training requirements associated with the organisational change
  • Facilitate regular and effective communication (through a variety of modes) to relevant project stakeholders 
  • Design and conduct evaluations and ‘lessons learned’ workshops

 
Skills and Experience Required:

  • Demonstrable practical experience as an Organisational Change manager leading major organisational transformations
  • Proven capability in working and communicating with a broad and diverse range of stakeholder groups which includes all levels of executive management and operational teams in order to deliver organisational change
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Change Management methodologies and practical toolkits
  • Proven track record in delivering effective and sustainable organisational change
