The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to design and deliver in-home service innovations. With a customer centric approach, this role will ensure the efficiency, integration, reach and scale of at home services through co-creation, human centred service design and technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing new partnerships with national and international experts in hospital-at-home service delivery
- Leading global research to enable design and delivery of a world class service
- Diagnosing insights and trends in the health and utilisation profiles of customers to identify home innovation and service opportunities
- Leading review, opportunity mapping and option analysis activities to identify and critically appraise in-home health service models and innovations
- Contributing to the design of clinical service models and health innovations to ensure they are evidence based and leveraged off real world service learnings
- Designing operating models and implementation plans (delivery structures across people, process and technology) that can be mobilised by operations teams
To Be Successful
Success requires clinical and/or health service experience. This is a high-profile role is positioned to make a significant impact and the following capability is required:
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic innovation and service design using co-creation and human centred design methodologies
- A detailed understanding of health or clinical services and technology, gained within a management consulting or in-house environment
- Ability to lead research, partnerships and project delivery across local and international locations to ensure global best practice
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- Ability work with a blank sheet of paper and innovate solutions within a high-profile environment
- A track record of managing risk and commercial outcomes within a constrained and complex environment
