We are looking for ambitious Franchisee Performance Manager to motivate, support and inspire our franchisees to succeed using the F45 sales, training and business methodologies. The Performance Manager will work closely with the F45 Training HQ team in Sydney and collaborate with our global team of Performance Managers.

The ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic, with excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills. He/she is a patient individual with direct and relevant experience as a fitness professional. Must have problem-solving abilities and is an obvious cultural fit for the F45 organisation.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Provide ongoing pro-active business coaching and operations advice to F45 studios in Australasia
• Be available for operations advice to all studios in your region.
• Set up Performance Meetings to re-train Owners/Manager on weak link/s in their business, and monitor progress going forward
• Deliver sales and retention seminars to established studio owners
• Work with the Athletics Education team and Marketing Team to optimize the F45 business system
• Implement mechanisms to gauge the quality of franchisees
• Understanding of the fitness industry and its various sectors
• Ability to work remotely, as regular travel will be required.

Requirements:

• Strong fitness sales background ideal, but F45 specific training will be provided.
• Have a working knowledge of fitness business systems, including franchising
• Comfortable with public speaking, leading, and motivating teams
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain reports
• Able to travel within Australasia with relative frequency
• 3+ years of owning or managing a successful fitness business
• 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
