The EMLcare team contributes to building a customer centred organisation that puts our customers and clients at the heart of everything we do.

At EML we help people get their lives back after a workplace injury.  In the EMLcare team, we do this by helping our people put our customers and clients at the heart of everything we do.

It’s an exciting time to be part of our business, with lots to do to continue evolving how we think about our customers’ and clients’ experiences.  It really is a unique time to be joining our team.

This is where you come in.  You’ll be responsible for driving measurable change of our customers’ and clients’ experiences. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and our people, you’ll co-design solutions that enable us to execute on our ambitious customer experience strategy.

This opportunity will suit you if you are passionate about empowering an organisation to design and deliver meaningful experiences for customers and clients through their end-to-end journeys with us.

You’ll be successful in this role if you are comfortable with designing and facilitating strategic conversations and workshops with stakeholders of all levels, both within and outside our organisation – driving people to positive outcomes.  You’ll also be able to put service design approaches into practice across our business, as well as be comfortable to employ a variety of ethnographic research techniques that enable us to gain a deeper organisational understanding of our customers and clients most important needs.

Through using your human-centred design capabilities, you’ll be able to hold a mirror up to our business to show them the experiences we are currently providing our customers and clients – and work with our people, our customers and clients to design and deliver a roadmap to achieve a future set of experiences that meet their complex and varied needs.

You’ll be an adept storyteller, able to turn customer and client insights into compelling narratives to stakeholders in our business that engages them, and drives them to take positive action… and having worked within an environment with a Customer NPS feedback platform would be a bonus.

You’ll be used to driving the delivery of multiple initiatives, with the ability to self-manage and put your strong stakeholder management capabilities into practice.

You are a specialist in improving customer and client experiences through design; leading people and getting things done through developing strong relationships.  You’ll likely have 5 to 8 years’ experience in the CX, design and leadership space - and a tertiary qualification.
