The Role
We are seeking a talented Strategy Manager to support the Leadership Team, Project Managers and Stakeholders in the delivery of the ANZ Strategic Program. You will contribute to Martin Brower’s success through the monitoring, analysing and reporting on projects within the strategic roadmap and will manage schedules and project performance allowing for informed decision-making around emerging trends, issues, risks and opportunities.
The Tasks
- Drive a strong culture of results orientation on projects ensuring stakeholders deliver to agreed project deliverables and timelines
- Monitor, analyse and report on program and project schedule as well as financial performance
- Manage the prioritisation of business case development to the agreed timeline
- Coordinate and encourage the exchange of thought and experiences between different members of project teams
- Continue to develop tools and templates in line with best practice
- Provide expert project management advice and maintain effective relationships
- Ensure project resources are assigned and understood for each project
- Assist Project Managers to keep within scope and on track
- Develop and deliver learning and development sessions for program/project management and team members
The Successful Candidate
- Proven project management experience
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Broad knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics
- Strong stakeholder management
- Excellent financial skills
- Proven influencing capability
