A project has been developed as a result of an internal audit and CPS 220 review identifying current gaps and system weaknesses. A strategic uplift is required to the credit risk limit and exposure management capability at an Enterprise and Operational level to address current gaps, and build a sound, scalable platform to meet future growth and complexity.
Project Objectives:
- A consistent approach to credit risk exposure limit management and aggregation
- Enhanced credit risk exposure calculation capability
- Clear consistent asset and investment reporting
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
- Conducting a Stakeholder Analysis and a Change Impact Assessment
- Coaching and mentoring of Product Owners to elicit what change is required on a complex program of work
You should have the following skills and experience:
- 5 years experience as an Senior Organisational Change Manager
- Banking and Financial Services industry experience
- Exposure to Credit or Data related projects
- Experience working on regulatory (APRA) related projects
- Experience working in Risk Management
