• Associate Consultant Psychologist or Provisionally Registered Psychologist, Assessment Services Team, Melbourne or Sydney

• Part Time – Monday and Tuesdays (Six month contract)

• Salary circa $50-$60k per annum (full time equivalent)

Central to this purpose is the Chandler Macleod People Insights team, who specialise in leveraging the art and science of behaviour to deliver commercial outcomes to our clients. Through our Assessment Services Team, CMPI delivers ‘fit for purpose’ assessment solutions and insights to clients across a broad range of sectors and industries.


In this entry level position, you will have the opportunity to develop deep subject matter expertise in psychometric assessment, working to deliver bespoke assessment reports and associated debriefs across all levels of our client organisations.

Working as part of a supportive, diverse and professional team, you will have the opportunity to build close and collaborative working relationships with registered Psychologists located across the country.

You will also benefit from training, coaching and professional development opportunities to build your expertise in assessment services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering consistent high quality, ‘fit for purpose’ psychometric assessment reports, for both selection & development, across a wide range of psychometric assessment tools

• Delivery of assessment-related debriefs to both candidates and clients

• Supporting with the delivery of assessment and development projects for your local team, which may include projects relating to leadership development, training and development, and organisational culture, climate or engagement


To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• A Registered Psychologist or Provisionally Registered Psychologist

• Accreditation in at least one current Psychometric Assessment tool (e.g. Hogan, Saville WAVE or OPQ)

• Previous experience in Psychometric Assessment and Report writing (desirable)

• A passion for psychometric assessment and a desire to develop deep subject matter expertise in this area
