PM-Partners is currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Change Lead to take on this 3 month contract position working with our client and their end customer and its partner organizations.
To be considered for this position you will have experience and strengths in the following:
- Experience as a Change Lead where you have led and managed the change of a single or multiple Salesforce implementations
- Successfully led and managed change process and strategy at enterprise level
- Relevant Change Management certification
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
What you will be expected to deliver:
- Change Management workshop and interviews
- Stakeholder assessment and engagement plans
- Change impact assessment and mitigation plan
- Training approach analysis and advisory
