The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Team at our Norwood based Head Office.  You will have a multi-faceted role, which will see you facilitate the delivery of major business projects through strong communication and project management disciplines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing a Project Framework and communication structure to build cohesion between stakeholders, and ensure optimum value is driven from each project
• Define project scope to ensure outcomes and expected benefits are clearly articulated and that agreed work is aligned to corporate strategy
• Managing the expectations of competing stakeholders through effective communication, to ensure critical functions take precedence
• Assist team members with project estimation, scoping and costs
• Prepare documentation including project initiation documents, schedules and status reports
• Ensure project communication with all stakeholders is consistent and all parties associated with the project are meeting deliverables
• Ensure adherence to enterprise methodologies and processes.

The Successful candidate will possess:

• In depth knowledge in Project Management, with an assertive, pro-active approach
• A strong delivery focus and track record in delivering multiple concurrent projects.  Ability to be adaptable and flexible to manage projects in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• The ability and confidence to challenge the status quo and look for a more efficient way of operating
• Diligent process orientation, with instinct to follow up with colleagues and partners to ‘take ownership’ of issues within projects
