About the Role:
  • Support the delivery of our strategic workforce plan to optimise and grow our business operating model.
  • Provide focus on our people side of change activates including business processes, systems and technology, roles and organisation structure.
  • Create our change management strategies that will maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance.
  • Engage with our senior leaders and work in partnership with managers as they help their employees through transition.
  • Partner with our Marketing experts to deliver of our communications plans.
  • Partner with our HR experts to support the design and delivery of training programmes, capability assessments and definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Run working sessions to understand impact, change readiness and our change agents.
  • Encourage teams to work collaboratively by focusing on the common purpose of our project.
About You:
  • Results-driven team player who thrives on working with others to solve complex challenges - particularly across diverse business units and locations
  • Strong communicator with solid business acumen and enjoys working within project management frameworks
  • Shows resilience and has a forward looking and holistic approach as well as knowledge of workforce planning and employee capability solutions
  • Track record in delivering large scale organizational transformation change efforts with an appropriate tertiary qualification and change management certificates
