The role:


The Dialer manager is responsible for the management of campaign/ channel and intra day skills management pertaining to the Collections function within Latitude. It’s a busy role, lots of pressure and lots of opportunities to impact efficiencies.


Here’s some of what you’ll do.

  • Operationalising and optimising contact strategy for the collections business - Voice & Non Voice Platforms -IVR, OIVR, Dialer, Web chat, email & SMS push and pull.
  • Responsible for implementation of digital and non-digital channels of Customer touch points
  • Setting, administering and monitoring metrics and KPIs: to evaluate success and improvement areas
  • Review and feedback on Dialer reports based on campaign level data of workload completion, daily pen targets, Contact rate/dials per hr. and other key outbound metrics.
  • Work across teams and functions, with an awesome, up beat team of Betterers who are customer obsessed and love where they work.


About you

We are ideally seeking;

  • Extensive experience in a customer obsessed, tech focussed, large and busy collections environment.
  • Several years’ experience managing teams to optimum performance (both directly and indirectly)
  • Advanced technology knowledge and a love of finding out ways to do things better and faster.
  • A degree would be helpful or a specialised course in WFM, strong analytical skills and awesome communication skills.
