Our utilities sector client, is seeking to set up a dynamic change team to help support an organisational design program. They require two Change Analysts who are hands on, resilient, self-guided to support changes to manage streams within a complex Business Optimisation Transformation Program.

Reporting in to a Program Change Lead, you will bring support to the program in identifying all impacts of the transformation, assess organisation readiness and assist in developing the stakeholder management and communication plan for the transition. You will advise, collaborate and guide on best training and change management principles, utilising project and change methodologies, tools and relevant company policies.  This role will require you to work in a complex, heavily unionised, multi stakeholder environment and you will be very hands-on in delivering change outcomes.

With expert knowledge in change management principles, you present with end to end change management experience across large scale business transformation.
  
While our client’s key focus is on bringing excellent Change Practitioners into their team – knowledge/experience within an Industrial Relations/Employee Relations context will be considered advantageous.
