Heritage is seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist in the delivery of key programs of work that generate defined business benefits and help achieve strategic objectives. The role of Senior Project Manager is responsible for defining, documenting and successfully managing one or more projects to achieve agreed business objectives and stakeholder expectations within cost, scope and schedule parameters.
Reporting to the Implementation Manager within our Project Management Office this position will be responsible for:
- Managing program/project life cycle after handover of business case and scope from Enterprise Management, Advisory.
- Ensuring project benefits are clearly articulated in the business case and projects/programs are delivered to expectations.
- Coordinating end-to-end delivery of projects in line with the implementation framework.
- Supporting business change initiatives and acting as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Provide quality stakeholder engagement via a consistent flow of valued information relating to project/program status, risks/issues and cost.
- Drive the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Project Management Office through the continuous improvement of implementation processes and governance framework.
- Develop and maintain effective “burn down” charts of project expenditure, comparing target budget with actual expenditure.
- Mentoring and coaching Project Managers and assisting with the development of skills and capability within the EMO
