The Client:
Our client is a national business who is about to embark on a significant change management project. You will see yourself working with various business teams to design new processes/procedures and solve existing problems. You will be involved in a variety of high profile projects and be working in a team of experienced change management professionals.
The Role:
- Process mapping and documentation
- Lead process redesign workshops and discussion groups
- Interpret and define business requirements
- Review information systems and make recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers throughout the implementation life-cycle
- Research processes, collect data and analyse information.
- Meet end users, observe processes and map change requirements
- Educate business leads responsible for managing and operating business processes
- Ability to see the big picture, understand project objectives implement operational improvement initiatives
Requirements for the role
- Big 4 consulting background will be highly regarded
- Understanding of ERP, BPM, BI and CRM tools
- Knowledge of business modelling and documentation processes
- Comfortable communicating at all levels and facilitating workshops
- Advanced time management, written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of information systems and implementation of technology solutions.
