This is a great opportunity within nbn’s Business Segment which will be the revenue driver of our business. The Business Segment consists of all non-residential end-users including business and government and is forecasted to generate approximately 20% of nbn’s revenue.

Being part of the Business, Enterprise and Government (BEG) function, the Senior Analyst will support the Enterprise and Government (E&G) Industry Engagement, ICT Channel, and Business Marketing teams to reach their annual targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

A bit about your role

Our BEG team is responsible for driving end-user demand and delivering revenue within the small and medium-sized businesses (SMB), Enterprise and Government segments of the business market.

Working closely with the Sales Strategy and Planning Manager, you’ll drive the problem-solving of strategic and tactical issues within the BEG team. The focus of your role is also on strategically developing the prioritisation of resources across the Enterprise Industry Engagement and Inside Sales teams.

A bit about you

We are seeking someone with excellent technical and problem-solving skills, or in another word, a strong critical thinker. Your interpersonal and communication skills, and your robust analytical and modeling skills are helpful for interacting with internal stakeholders to understand their business problems and driving strategic business decision making based on robust data and insightful analysis. You have also demonstrated a track record in a strategy or commercial role, with a good understanding of Sales as a function.

You are customer-focused, proactive, energetic, organized, logical, and driven to deliver. Your strong business acumen and interest in technologies are also highly desirable. If you come from a strategy consulting background, that would be an advantage in this role.
