The role

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Change Management Office (ePMO), we are seeking a Governance Leader who will be responsible for developing and leading the implementation of governance standards and processes to support Latitude project delivery at an enterprise level.

Navigating a complex & challenging change agenda, you will be responsible for proactively identifying potential risks to delivery (scope, quality, schedule, cost) and facilitating timely course-correction to preserve organisational cost/benefits.


Key Responsilbities:

  • Implementing, driving, and refining the Change Delivery Model Governance processes and standards, ensuring they remain current and suitable for multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Completing project governance reviews and ensuring all documentation is completed and of a quality standard and appropriately stored for audit requirements
  • Managing the Enterprise Change Office risk profile in accordance with Latitude’s risk appetite statement.
  • Managing and uplifting the quality of the enterprise wide Investment Management Committee (IMC) Monthly Reporting


Skill and Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in Change Management or Financial Services in a senior project governance role
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders understand business objectives and negotiate priorities
  • Strong employee engagement skills and peer influencing skills. Ability to inspire and deliver through a team of direct & non-directs
  • Program and/or Advanced Change Management experience
  • Ability to navigate complexity and provide creative & flexible solutions to solve problems as an enterprise level
  • Demonstrated Project Management understanding, including Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financials and key metrics
