About the opportunity
In this contract role to December 2019, you will lead process documentation for existing processes as well as new and future processes at GBS ANZ. You will provide support to Project Delivery Managers and facilitate workshops, conduct process mapping and act as an SME for Knowledge Management.
- Work with the Senior Project Delivery Manager to develop a Business Process Management (BPM) strategy to ensure business processes are standardised and documented.
- Lead in process re-engineering and mapping workshops
- Challenge existing processes for possible improvements and work with Operations to drive improvement plans and process monitoring tools
- Support the continuous maintenance of the GBS Service Catalogue
- Lead in ensuring GBS ANZ compliance with the use of ARIS and build process excellence capability across the Centre
- Embed and coach the business on Knowledge Management including updating and maintaining training material.
About you
- Similar experience within a similar role within a large complex shared service environment
- Deep experience with process mapping methodologies and tools
- Confident in leading and facilitating process mapping workshops across cross-functional departments
- Experience in acting as an administrator and for providing technical support for the Knowledge Management Tool
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, high-demand and delivery oriented environments
- Specialised in a process improvement technique such as Six Sigma (BPM Methods and Tools, BPM Delivery)
